W00t for Chrimbo!
Well I should make at least 1 chrimbo blog before its too late 
Just got back from christmas shopping with Grif, I was looking for something for my brother, didn’t get anything though, but I have scouted out 2 possible good presents for him. Diablo 2 + Expansion (If I can bloody find the original, looked in every game store, they only have the expansion… fucking idiotic if you ask me) or the “Cool Thing” I spotted in random gadget like shop… I’m hoping the game shops might restock tomorrow or at least bring some copies of D2 out of storage, if not I’ll have to request it and if they don’t have it looks like “Cool Thing” it is. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Anyways, going home tomorrow (thursday) for xmas but hopefully I will be back before new year. So if I don’t see any of you before I leave… Have a merry chrimbo, and if I can’t get back into Cardiff, an awesome new year

Ok scratch everything I just said…
Would appear I’m not going home for christmas this year, my brother’s OTHER lung has collapsed (a bit) and my parents are coming here to Cardiff instead… This has happened once before to him and the surgery is excruciatingly painful and takes a long time to heal. We are having christmas here because his doctors are close by so if it collapses more they can be contacted easier, and also prevents him from needing to move around a lot.
At the moment he is at home, he has had a chest x-ray, which shows a small pocket of air between his lung and chest wall and holding steady for the time being. He says it hurts a bit but could be a lot worse. It’s called “Spontaneous Pnuemothoraxis” and the chances of it happening is extremely small… the chances of it happening TWICE is freakishly small. The doctors said before that his small frame could have attributed to it and the fact he was born premature.
So looks like christmas is going to be kind of different this year, but I couldn’t care less. As long as my brother is ok, I’m good. Since he can’t move much at the moment without risk, he will have lots of time to play computer games, heh. I will probably end up buying him both xmas presents mentioned above (if not more
).
