		<description>The patch needs to go into your game folder directory, not the internet components directory.

As for the failing to initialise, do you mean the game simply does not load at all?  Make sure your game is fully patched as well as your copy of Windows (just to be on safe side).  Also, if it does allow you to get to the title screen, check out your network options and check whether you have the correct network interface selected.

These are the only suggestions I can give at the moment since I&#039;m not near my desktop.  I&#039;ll have a look at my install when I get a chance and post again.</description>

		<description>i was very excited to learn that you guys had the exact same problem as mine with 64 bit systems and that you had found a solution. however, once i copied the patch into my SUN folder the game failed to intialize and when i tried putting in my Westwood&gt;Internet folder the game ran but the network lobby was still inaccessible. i have tried it on both my 32 bit system and 64 to avail. what could be the problem?</description>
